When your HOA hires Aquatica Pool Management, Inc. to fully manage your facility, your board members can relax knowing that we take care of everything! This full service option may include the following:

• Red Cross Certified Lifeguards - We handle staffing, training, payroll, associated payroll taxes, workers compensation and employee liability insurance.
• Regular Pool Maintenance - A certified pool operator will visit your pool and perform the regular weekly cleaning and maintenance tasks described below.
• Superior Chemical Products - Your management package will include all chemicals necessary for keeping your water sanitized and "polished." All chemical costs are included and there are never any "surprise" chemical fees.
• Facility Cleaning - Is everyone complaining about the bathrooms and trash? We do that too! All cleaning products, trash bags and restroom paper products are included.
• Weekly Supervisor Visits - While we are confident our lifeguards and pool managers will do a fantastic job, we will still have a full-time company supervisor visit your pool and inspect the facility a minimum of three times a week.

All Aquatica lifeguards are trained in customer service techniques as well as individual facility management and daily operations. This additional training helps ensure that the individual demands of each facility are met on a daily basis.

Pool chemistry is carefully monitored throughout the day to maintain a safe, clean and enjoyable swimming environment. While each pool will have its own head lifeguard, an Aquatica supervisor will visit each pool a minimum of three times a week to make sure that it is being held to both your standards and ours.

This service is just like the management service...just without the lifeguards!  The Aquatica maintenance team consists of our regular supervisors. Typically, an Aquatica supervisor visits your pool twice a week and performs the following tasks:
