Jason Cherry founded Aquatica Pool Management, Inc. in October 2006. Jason graduated with a B.A. in Middle Grades Education from LaGrange College in Georgia and spent five years as a middle school educator. During the summer seasons, Jason served as Director of Operations for a reputable swimming pool management company in the Metro-Atlanta area.

 

After teaching for five years and working in the pool management industry full-time for two years, the Cherry family decided to relocate to San Antonio, Texas. Jason, a Certified Pool Technician, has worked in the pool management industry for thirty years as an Operations Director, Lifeguard Training Instructor, Regional Supervisor, Pool Manager, Lifeguard, and Swim Instructor.

 

Jason has been a summer league and high school swimming coach in Marietta, Georgia. He was also a USA Swimming coach for the Troup County Sharks while swimming collegiality at LaGrange.

Jessica assumed the position of Personnel Director in 2019. Before joining the Aquatica team, Jessica spent 12 years in the community association management industry. Jessica specializes in understanding the needs of homeowners associations.

 

Jessica is responsible for the hiring, training, scheduling and supervision of all seasonal staff members. She works closely with the maintenance team and personnel supervisors to ensure all customers are receiving the level of service and quality they expect.

A native of San Antonio and a graduate of Regan High School, Jessica has Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Kyle has been with Aquatica Pool Management, Inc. since the 2018 summer season. With more than 15 years in the swimming pool management industry as a lifeguard, lifeguard supervisor and swimming pool technician, Kyle was the obvious choice to lead our maintenance team.

Kyle supervises all of Aquatica's swimming pool technicians and oversees the general maintenance operations of all of Aquatica's facilities.
